“ First time here. Super friendly owners. Fish and Chips were superb with an excellent house made tartar sauce. The clam chowder is awesome and the fish tacos outstanding. This will be our new Go to spot in Charleston. Highly recommend and we will be back soon! Closed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays and some days in December so call ahead if you're driving in. ”

“ I loved this place. The food smelled and looked so good I didn't think about taking pictures! The food is order at the back of a bait shop- but don't let that stop you! There are places to eat inside and outside by the marina. The fish tasted like it was just caught and fried. It came with crispy fries and home made tartar sauce (at least tasted home made!). The chowder was full of potatoes and clams and very tasty. The service was very friendly and checked on us a couple of times. Will definitely come back next time we visit Coos Bay Area. ”

I love that they offer other menu items besides seafood since my husband doesn't eat it. Win, win!! The gentleman at the front was so kind and friendly, especially considering we came about 15 minutes before closing. I appreciate you even though it's rough knowing you're ready to close and having a good attitude and a smile. “ This is where the local fishmen eat. Now located indoors. We entered through the tackle/bait shop and entered the restaurant through the hallway past the restrooms. It opens up to a spacious seating area with painted picnic tables. Order & pay at the counter and have a seat. The combination seafood basket (comes with fries) was delicious! Super fresh clam strips, large plump shrimp and fresh flaky cod pieces. Enough to share as a mini meal for $19. I am pleasantly surprised with the fresh Romain side salad for $5. It's very simple but a nice fresh element to the otherwise fried meal. I would order the side salad with every order *thumbs up* A casual, reasonably priced, super fresh seafood done simple and delicious. My new go-to fish and chips place *YAY* ”
“ We have visited this business before when it was a food truck. Now they have a storefront. Very fresh food and great customer service. They explain what is on the menu and how the food is prepared. All of it sounded good. We settled on the shrimp tacos, clam chowder, onion, rings, and bacon cheeseburger. Cannot say enough good things about the food and the service. The only things I would change is the napkins and ketchup (would like in cups instead of packets. For dipping). Pretty sure their tarter sauce is homemade too. Everything has a "light" breading not overly breaded. Great Food; we'll be back. ”
